SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All apparel orders are made to order, so there is no on hand inventory. Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once it is processed, your garment will then enter production. Typical orders take 3 to 5 days for production. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Orders are shipped out weekly, however please note due to COVID-19 there may be minor delays.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns up to seven days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at official.silveroe@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
